HEC Scholarships Pakistan

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) runs several scholarship programmes for Pakistani students, from need-based support at public universities to fully funded study abroad. Here’s what each one actually covers, with the official link.

Need-Based Scholarships (NBS)

For financially disadvantaged students already admitted to one of around 98 participating public sector universities. Typically covers full or partial tuition fees plus a monthly stipend.
