Abrar Academy School is at L-749, Sector 5C4, North Karachi. This page covers how to apply, what documents to bring, and what happens at the admission meeting — for new students and for families transferring from another school.

Who can apply

We admit students from nursery through secondary, ages 2.5 to 17. Institute courses (English language, computer, and entry-test preparation) run on the same campus.

How to apply

1. Call or visit the office. Phone 0321-8707907, or come to L-749, Sector 5C4. You can also message us on WhatsApp from the contact page.
2. Ask about seat availability for your child’s grade. Some grades fill earlier than others.
3. Bring your documents (list below) to the office.
4. Admission meeting. A short meeting with the child and parents. We explain school policies, the fee card, uniform requirements, and the school calendar.
5. Confirm the seat. Uniform specifications and book lists are provided after confirmation.

Documents to bring

• Child’s B-form (or equivalent birth record)
• Parent CNIC copy
• Two recent passport-size photographs

Additional documents for transfer students

• School leaving certificate from the previous school
• Latest report card — this helps us place your child in the correct grade

Preparing these in advance avoids delays on registration day.

Fees

We give every family a written fee card at the office. We deliberately do not publish a rupee figure on this website — a number posted here would be out of date the next time books or a class section changes, and we would rather you hold the accurate figure in your hand.

When you compare schools, ask each one for:

• Tuition for the actual class your child will sit in — not a “starting from” figure for a younger grade
• Admission, security, and annual charges — each named separately, or marked “none”
• Books, uniform, and exam board fees, listed separately from tuition
• Transport — only if a van serves your block. Many 5C4 families walk.

Transferring from another school

If you are moving to North Karachi or changing schools within the area, bring the leaving certificate and latest report card so we can place your child correctly. The rest of the process is the same as above.
